Payments
We accept MasterCard and Visa through PayPal, no credit card information is passed on to Polka Dot. If you select payment via Mastercard or Visa, you will be transferred to the PayPal website, and then directed back to Polka Dot to complete your transaction.
You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card.
We also accept internet bank transfer payments into our ASB Bank Account. If you select this payment method, our bank account number will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping
Orders received are prepared and sent out the next business day. We use Poste Haste Couriers track and trace service. Delivery times are generally 2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping is $5 flat rate in New Zealand.
Please provide an address where someone is available to sign for the package during business hours. Please, no PO Boxes.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase it must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition for an exchange. You will be required to cover the additional postage costs.
If an item is faulty please contact us at shop@polkadot.co.nz so we can confirm the best course of action to take. Sometimes the item may need to be returned to us, if the item returned is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault we will cover the cost of postage.
Repair, replacement or credit will be confirmed at our discretion. If the item has suffered damage for any other reason no refund or exchange will be supplied.
